Refund Policy

Ksour Voyages Refund Policy - Effective January 1, 2026

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for tours and activities booked through Ksour Voyages. By booking with us, you agree to abide by this policy.

Cancellation by You

Your ability to receive a refund depends on when you cancel your booking. Please review the following timelines and corresponding refund amounts:

  • Cancellation 30 or more days before the scheduled tour date: Full refund minus any non-refundable expenses incurred by Ksour Voyages (e.g., permits, specific hotel bookings).
  • Cancellation 15-29 days before the scheduled tour date: 50% refund minus any non-refundable expenses.
  • Cancellation 7-14 days before the scheduled tour date: 25% refund minus any non-refundable expenses.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled tour date, or no-shows: No refund.

Note: Non-refundable expenses will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Bank charges or transaction fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation by Ksour Voyages

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, unforeseen events, insufficient bookings), you will be offered the following options:

  • A full refund; or
  • A credit towards a future tour with Ksour Voyages; or
  • An alternative tour option (subject to availability).

Ksour Voyages is not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred (e.g., flights, hotel bookings) as a result of our cancellation.

Changes to Bookings

If you wish to change your booking (e.g., tour dates, number of participants), we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Changes may be subject to additional fees. Any changes made within the cancellation period will be subject to the cancellation terms outlined above.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approved cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
